  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information (if available).
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • International shipping may be available in the future. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

  • Lost packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
