Refunds & Returns

At vinsaco.com, operated by vinsaCo LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 15-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility (15 Days)

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
  • Products returned after the 15-day return window

3. How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  2. Contact your payment provider

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
